Every Erasmus+ project our network has taken part in, and every accreditation we hold.

Below is the full record of EVEC Kocani projects and those of our branch offices in Stip and Delcevo, with the official reference numbers, so you can verify any of it independently. Each project code can be searched on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, and our organisations can be looked up in the EU Participant Register — EVEC Kocani under OID E10119353 / PIC 943554018, EVEC Stip under OID E10039470 / PIC 924094266, EVEC Strumica under OID E10257646, and EVEC Delcevo under PIC 924091841.

How to check any of this yourself

Every project below is listed with the official reference number it was given when the grant was awarded, and that is the point of this page: you do not have to take our word for any of it. Copy a reference from the tables into the search box on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, the Commission’s public database of funded projects, and the record opens.

You will see the project title, the coordinating organisation and its country, the partner organisations, the start and end dates, the grant awarded and a summary of what the project set out to do. Where the beneficiary uploaded outputs, those are attached too. Older youth projects often carry the basic record and nothing more. The entry is still the confirmation that matters: the project existed, ran on those dates, and had the partners it says it had.

Accreditations are checkable the same way, on the European Youth Portal, the official database of organisations holding a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. If a reference number, an OID or a PIC on this page does not resolve, write to contact@evec.org.mk and we will correct it.

Accreditations

EVEC is one citizens’ association, EMBS 6938566, with its seat in Kocani and branches in Stip, Strumica, Delcevo and Lozovo. The European Solidarity Corps Quality Label is held by the association, so it covers all five towns: an ESC volunteer can be hosted at, or sent from, any of them. Three of our entities are also registered in their own right, and those are the entries you can look up directly. EVEC Kocani’s listing is public on the European Youth Portal; Stip and Strumica can be found on the same portal by searching their OID. Delcevo and Lozovo have no separate portal entry, which is a fact about the register, not a limit on where a volunteer can be placed.

One label, held by the legal entity. A branch is not a separate legal person, so there is nothing for a branch to hold separately.

European Youth Portal registrations

A registration is not a label. Three of our entities are entered on the portal in their own right, which is why they have their own OIDs and why a coordinator searching the portal finds three entries rather than five. All five towns are covered by the one Quality Label above.

To be clear about what we do not hold: we have no Erasmus+ KA150 youth accreditation — the Quality Label above is our complete live accreditation record. EVEC Delcevo and EVEC Lozovo have no portal listing of their own; they are covered by the association’s label like every other branch, and Delcevo’s projects below ran as Erasmus+ Youth partnerships, which do not require one. We are looking for our first ESC volunteers, and a placement can be based in any of our five towns — see our European Solidarity Corps page.

What a Quality Label is, and what it permits

A European Solidarity Corps Quality Label is an accreditation, not a grant and not a project. An organisation applies to a National Agency, is assessed against the standards the programme sets for working with volunteers, and if it passes is entered in the public database with a validity date. Nothing is funded by it. What it does is make the organisation eligible to take part in European Solidarity Corps volunteering at all: without one, an organisation cannot host or send a volunteer.

The label carries roles, and the difference matters. Hosting means the volunteer comes to you: you provide the tasks, the day-to-day supervision, a mentor, accommodation and food, and the practical business of settling someone into a town they have never lived in. Supporting means the volunteer goes out from you: you prepare and send a volunteer from your own country and stay in contact while they are away. An organisation can hold one role or both; EVEC holds both, and because the label sits with the association it carries both roles in all five towns.

Holding a hosting label is permission to host. It is not a record of having hosted, and we will not let it read as one: no European Solidarity Corps volunteer has been placed with us in North Macedonia yet. The label above is a live permission with an expiry date on it, not activity. We are looking for our first volunteers now, and a placement can be based in any of our five towns; the openings are on our European Solidarity Corps page.

Coordinator and partner are different jobs

In an Erasmus+ project one organisation is the coordinator and the others are partners, and the split is not cosmetic. The coordinator submits the application to its own National Agency, signs the grant agreement, receives the money, distributes it, keeps the paperwork, and is the party legally answerable to the agency for the project and its final report.

A partner is responsible for its own part: recruiting and preparing its participants, delivering the activities agreed in the application, and reporting back to the coordinator. That is real work, and it is what most organisations in most projects do. It is also why we separate the two here — every project on this page but one is a partner project, and we would rather say so than let a long column of reference numbers imply we ran them all.

The reference numbers show the same split. The letters after the year and the round — MK01, TR01, SI02, EL02, RO01 — identify the National Agency that awarded the grant, which is the coordinator’s country. Twelve were awarded through the Turkish agency, two through Slovenia, one through Greece, one through Romania, and one through North Macedonia. That last one is ours, and it is the next table. One project below appears in two of the tables — Stip and Delcevo delivered it together — so it is counted once in every total on this page.

The project we ran as coordinator

Submitted by EVEC Kocani to our National Agency — the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility (agency code MK01), Skopje. An Erasmus+ VET mobility grant of EUR 58,896 that sent Macedonian VET students abroad between 2020 and 2022.

What the action codes mean

The code in the middle of every reference number is the action — the type of project the grant was awarded under. It is the part that tells you what actually happened, and it is unreadable unless you work with the programme. 2020-1-MK01-KA102-077700 reads as: the 2020 call, first round, the North Macedonian National Agency, action KA102, project number 077700. Erasmus+ renumbered its actions when the 2021–2027 programme began, so the same kind of project carries one code before 2021 and a different one after.

The counts reconcile with the tables above, with the jointly delivered project counted once: one KA102, eleven KA105, three KA125, one KA153 and one KA347. All of them are mobility or volunteering projects under Key Action 1, except the KA347, which sits under Key Action 3. KA122, KA152, KA210 and KA220 are here because you will meet those codes elsewhere, not because we hold any: a cooperation partnership is something we are looking to join, not something we have delivered.

What is not on this list

A track record is only worth reading if it says where it stops. Only awarded projects appear above; applications we submitted and did not win are not projects and are not listed. Neither is our local work — what we run outside EU funding carries no reference number, so there is nothing here for you to check, and we would rather leave it off a verification page than use it to lengthen the count.

There is no Erasmus+ KA150 youth accreditation: the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label is our complete live accreditation record. There is no cooperation partnership. No European Solidarity Corps hosting activity appears above either, because we have not hosted a volunteer yet. EVEC Lozovo is part of the network but has no row in any table above and no portal listing of its own, though the association’s label covers it. If something is not on this page with a number attached to it, treat it as a claim we have not made.
